  • Develop, implement and test the scoring models used for complex risk analysis;
  • Develop risk key performance indicators to monitor the quality of different credit portfolio;
  • Develop behavioral scoring models. Use the data mining approach to credit risk evaluation and behavior scoring;
  • Perform complex checks/analysis and build reports and models used for risk analysis;
  • Project participation regarding the scorecard development and validation;
  • Participate on scoring project for Basel II regulations.

Cerinte:

  • University Degree in Mathematics / Computer Science / Economic Cybernetics, Statistics and Informatics;
  • Programming Experience (knowledge of SAS will be an advantage);
  • Very good analytical skills, developing scorecards;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel advanced level, Access, Word, PowerPoint);
  • Good knowledge of English, both writing and speaking;
  • Experience in financial modeling and forecast will be consider an advantage;
  • A good team player;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Responsible and accuracy, paying attention to details;
  • Deadline driven skills.

2. Financial Analyst – UniCredit Tiriac Bank, Bucuresti

  • Support in running the strategic planning and development process in the Bank, including 3Y planning preparation;
  • Support in the management and development of the strategic management model (balanced scorecard – designing of strategic maps, allocation of targets, KPI’s and related plans);
  • Prepare reports to senior management and other units on the strategic plan performance and updates;
  • Cooperate with the related units in the bank on their strategic plans planning management;
  • Support in maintaining and development of the strategic management application;
  • Prepare in-depth peer analysis, including analysis of annual IFRS financial statements;
  • Monitor competitors’ press releases and keeps abreast with tendencies from the financial banking system;
  • Provide support to Research unit in terms of overall benchmarking to banking system;
  • Contribute to the projects implementation and other long term planning activities in accordance with the instructions given by the direct superior;
  • Ensure the fulfilment on the tasks assigned/delegated by the direct superior in accordance with the specific of the Long-term planning activity;
  • Cooperates in joint activities with other departments in the bank (including those under CFO’s responsibility), providing them with quality service and support related to long term planning/ benchmarking activities;
  • Ensures a good working climate in the unit;
  • Responsible for informing the superior for any identified contingency situation;
  • For all other cases and responsibilities not specified above, the internal working procedures & regulations are valid;
  • The job holder is responsible for being aware and updated about the procedures in force;
  • Responsible for the safeguarding of the assets and interests of the bank.
