1. Participa la procesul de dezvoltare de produse de asigurare de viata si sanatate, prin stabilirea tarifelor, calcule de profitabilitate, intocmirea raportelor si documentatiilor specifice acestui proces
2. Participa la intocmirea metodologiilor de stabilire a rezervelor tehnice (revizuire si adaptare conform cerintelor grupului Allianz /standardelor locale
3. Evaluarea portofoliului si raportare:

  • Monitorizarea indicatorilor de performanta pentru portofoliul de asigurari de viata si sanatate
  • Constituirea rezervelor tehnice necesare conform legislatiei in vigoare/standardelor de raportare ale grupului Allianz
  • Calcule indicatori specifici procedurilor interne

4. Planificare pentru segmentul de asigurari de viata si sanatate:

  • Stabilirea presupunerilor operationale si economice
  • Modelare rezultate
  • Analiza si raportare indicatori de performanta pentru portofoliu de asigurari de viata si sanatate conform standardelor de raportare ale grupului

5. Mentenanta aplicatiei informatice utilizate in procesul de modelare si raportare din cadrul Departamentului de Actuariat.

Cerintele postului

  • Studii: Universitate, Facultatea de Matematica, ASE (preferabil: Cibernetica, Finante Banci), module absolvite la Institutul de Actuariat din Anglia sau similar
  • Experienţă: entry level
  • Cunostinte: matematici financiare, statistica, modelare economica / financiara, analiza financiara, programare (cunostinte nivel mediu)
  • Utilizarea la nivel avansat a aplicatiei Excel, inclusiv programare in limbaj VBA
  • Limbi străine ÅŸi grad de cunoaÅŸtere: engleza – nivel avansat
  • Abilitati: capacitate de analiza si sinteza, lucru in echipa, modelare matematica, orientare catre rezultate, planificare si organizare, gandire strategic abilităţi de comunicare, organizare.

1. Responsible for creation and maintenance of a management system for Division:

  • Integrated business management manual
  • Standards, rules and regulations
  • Sustainability efforts
  • Ensures the Group relevant regulations are communicated and followed in group
  • Ensures that own regulations are issued in Division, whenever necessary

  • Renewables: evaluate and create investment plans for renewable energy initiatives

3. Provides recommendations to the Division Director for resource allocation and activities prioritization in order to achieve the Performance Targets of the Division business units

4. Coordinate preparation of Balanced scorecard for Division

6. Identify and evaluate business development opportunities for Division

7. Coordinate Project Development activities for Division: Joint ventures, acquisitions and divestitures:

11. Supervises regular market research and market analyses activities, with respect to current and potential customers, competitors and other players on the Romanian and neighboring gas markets;

Cerinte:

  • University degree, masters degree in Economics or Science

Logistic Controller

Scopul postului:

  • Asigura o monitorizare activa a costurilor de logistica pe categorii de cheltuieli si produse, a indicatorilor de performanta (KPI) in vederea eficientizarii proceselor de gestiune a cheltuielilor prin intermediul analizarii si raportarii rezultatelor inregistrate catre factorii de decizie;
  • Asigura o monitorizare activa a investitiilor de logistica si analiza rentabilitatii investitiilor de efectuat;
  • Propune masuri pentru optimizarea cheltuielilor de logistica, imbunatatirea indicatorilor de performanta, eficientizarea investitiilor de logistica.

Responsabilitati:

  • Gestioneaza costurile de logistica, indicatorii de performanta, investitiile de logistica, vine cu propuneri de eficientizare conform directiilor strategice ale companiei;
  • Implementeaza si utilizeaza modele de analiza a costurilor de logistica pe categorii de cheltuieli si produse si a indicatorilor de performanta logistica;
  • Analizeaza si aproba scenarii de business in ceea ce priveste activitatea de transport, depozitare, sortare, manipulare, investitiile logistice;
  • Faciliteaza procesul de bugetare pe functiunea logistica si urmareste realizarea obiectivelor;
  • Analizeaza lunar variatiile inregistrate intre performanta curenta, obiective si cea a perioadelor anterioare in ceea ce priveste cheltuielile de logistica, indicatorii de performanta logistica, investitiile Capex de natura logistica si sumarizarea factorilor care au contribuit la variatiile inregistrate;
  • Identifica factorii de influenta a performantei logistice si recomanda modalitati de imbunatatire a acesteia;
  • Pregateste in timp util, cu acuratete si cu buna intelegere analizele necesare pentru Country Performance Review, Logistic Performance Review;
  • Participa in sedintele operationale ce implica functiunea logistica, propune scenarii pentru eficientizarea activitatii logistice;
  • Verifica / reconciliaza rezultatele inregistrate in P&L pe aria de Costuri Logistice;
  • Verifica si trimite spre inregistrare estimatul lunar de cheltuieli de logistica, estimatul investitiilor de logistica de inregistrat la finele lunii, corectiile care trebuie efectuate pe partea de logistica;
  • Colecteaza informatiile relevante de la departamentul de logistica, calculeaza indicatorii de performanta logistica (KPI) si raporteaza acesti indicatori;
  • Livreaza catre Group Supply PPM / Finance informatiile si analizele solicitate conform instructiunilor de inchidere.

Cerinte:

  • Studii economice superioare (master sau ACCA reprezinta un plus);
  • Experienta relevanta in domeniu;
  • Cunostinte financiare relevante;
  • Cunostinte logistice relevante: buna intelegere a sistemelor de transport, depozitare, manipulare, gestiune a stocurilor, productivitate;
  • Atitudine deschisa, pozitiva, proactiva, bune aptitudini de comunicare;
