<li style="text-align: justify;">Implementarea BSC a contribuit la clarificarea obiectivelor pe termen scurt, a directiei de dezvoltare a organizatiei, precum si a comunicarii interne</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Atentia trebuie indreptata si catre rezultatele intangibile, nu doar catre cele tangibile</li>
<li style="text-align: justify;">Necesitatea utilizarii metodelor de empowerment, cu scopul eliminarii rezistentei la schimbare</li>
